Delivery/Collection
What days are you open?
We are open seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
What are the delivery hours?
Uber courier delivery is available the same day between 3pm and 9pm, as long as your order is placed at least five hours in advance. If you schedule your order for another day, next-day Uber delivery is available from 8am to 9pm.

Do you deliver all over the UK?
No, we don’t deliver across the whole of England. At the moment, we deliver only within Manchester, Salford, and a 10-mile radius. We’re not offering nationwide delivery yet, but we do plan to expand across England in the future.
How does delivery work?
Your order will be delivered using the Uber Courier service.
We arrange the delivery time in advance to ensure it’s convenient for you.
Once your bouquet is ready for dispatch, we will book a courier through the Uber app. During this process, we provide your delivery address and phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
After the courier is assigned, Uber will generate a unique confirmation code, which you will receive from us. This code is required to complete the delivery.
When the courier arrives with your bouquet, simply provide the confirmation code to them. Once the code is confirmed, your order will be officially delivered.
This process ensures secure delivery and helps guarantee that your bouquet arrives directly to you.
Can I collect my order?
You can collect your order on the same day, the next day, or on a date of your choice from Furness Quay, Salford, M50 3DP.
You can collect same-day orders between 15pm and 9pm, as long as the order is placed at least four hours in advance. If you place your order for another day, next-day collection is available from 8am to 9pm.
Ammendments/Cancellations
Can I change my delivery address?
In many situations, if we receive sufficient advance notice, we can update your delivery address. Please reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. If you need to adjust or update any details, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the requested changes.
What if I have wrote my card message wrong?
Please contact us as soon as you notice the error, and we’ll always do our best to help update your card message.
Flowers
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! You can add a card message to your order during checkout. Just enter your message, and we’ll include it with your flowers.
Can I see a picture of my bouquet?
Yes, we can send you a photo of your bouquet before it is dispatched so you can take a look and make sure everything is perfect.
