Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

  • All prices include VAT; delivery may incur additional fees depending on location.

  • Nationwide UK delivery fees may vary depending on distance.


Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Manchester & Salford (+10 miles) for same-day delivery; Nationwide UK for next-day delivery.

  • Delivery Types: same-day, next-day, and scheduled/advance orders.

  • All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers (e.g., Uber), and a confirmation code is provided to ensure secure delivery.

  • We aim to deliver bouquets fresh and beautifully presented.


Liability

  • Bouquet Boutique Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, courier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

  • While we take every care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, we cannot accept liability for damage due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
