All bouquets and floral arrangements are individually handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers.

As flowers are natural products, every arrangement is unique.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only.

Natural variations in flower varieties, colours, bloom sizes, stem lengths, foliage, wrapping and overall appearance should be expected.

These natural variations do not constitute defects.

Bouquet Boutique Flowers ("trading as Bouquet Boutique") reserves the right to substitute flowers, foliage or packaging with products of equal or greater value where necessary due to seasonal availability or supply shortages.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Orders

Submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, decline or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:

Delivery and Collection

Collection orders must be collected during the selected collection period.

Orders not collected may be disposed of due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has commenced.

Once preparation of fresh flowers has begun, orders cannot be cancelled because each bouquet is made specifically for that customer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Fresh flowers are perishable products and, except where required by applicable UK consumer law, all sales are final.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.

• incorrect postcodes;
