All our bouquets are carefully handcrafted and individually prepared for each order to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality. As our products are perishable and uniquely customized, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been completed.

In the rare event that your bouquet arrives damaged, compromised in quality, or differs significantly from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We kindly request that you provide clear photos of the issue so our team can assess the situation promptly and offer an appropriate resolution.
