Delivery/Collection

What days are you open?

We are open six days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

What are the delivery hours?

You can choose the delivery time.

Uber courier delivery:

• Same-day delivery: Available between 12:30pm and 21:00pm. To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed at least five hours in advance.

• Next-day delivery: Available from 14:30am to 21:00pm, provided the order is placed by 17:00pm the day before.

Orders placed two days in advance are available for delivery between 9:00am and 21:00 pm (Please message me if you’re unable to place these orders on the website).

How does delivery work?

Your order will be delivered using the Uber Courier service.

We arrange the delivery time in advance to ensure it’s convenient for you.


Once your bouquet is ready for dispatch, we will book a courier through the Uber app. During this process, we provide your delivery address and phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.

After the courier is assigned, Uber will generate a unique confirmation code, which you will receive from us. This code is required to complete the delivery.

When the courier arrives with your bouquet, simply provide the confirmation code to them. Once the code is confirmed, your order will be officially delivered.

This process ensures secure delivery and helps guarantee that your bouquet arrives directly to you.

Can I collect my order?

You can collect your order from 65 Furness Quay, Salford, M50 3DP.

• Same-day: Available between 12:00pm and 21:00pm. To qualify for same-day, your order must be placed at least five hours in advance.

• Next-day: Available from 14:30am to 21:00pm, provided the order is placed by 17:00pm the day before.

Orders placed two days in advance are available between 8:00am and 21:00 pm (Please message me if you’re unable to place these orders on the website).





Ammendments/Cancellations

Can I change my delivery address?

In many situations, if we receive sufficient advance notice, we can update your delivery address. Please reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. If you need to adjust or update any details, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the requested changes.

What if I have wrote my card message wrong?

Please contact us as soon as you notice the error, and we’ll always do our best to help update your card message.

Flowers

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Absolutely! You can add a card message to your order during checkout. Just enter your message, and we’ll include it with your flowers.

Can I see a picture of my bouquet?


Yes, we can send you a photo of your bouquet before it is dispatched so you can take a look and make sure everything is perfect.
